3. Payments & Fees
Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Deposits, progress payments, or full balances may be required depending on project scope. Late payments may result in delayed scheduling or suspension of work.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary access to websites, hosting, and social media accounts in a timely manner. Delays in providing access may impact project timelines. Frightmare Productions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by client unresponsiveness.
5. Intellectual Property
Any custom materials created by Frightmare Productions LLC for a client become client property upon full payment unless otherwise stated in writing. Proprietary methods, templates, and internal production systems remain the property of Frightmare Productions LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
Frightmare Productions LLC works to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee attendance levels, revenue outcomes, or third-party venue outcomes. We are not liable for incidental damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frightmare Productions LLC is registered.
